"How do people cook theirs? I've bought giant roasting bags which I'm hoping this 2.4kg crown will fit in. Latice some streaky smoked bacon on the top and massage the meat with butter? I haven't got a clue and love how the responsibility falls to me!" Did you stab it first? Before you massaged the butter in?

"Massage turkey crown with salted butter, season with black pepper add a little water in the tin foil and loosely cover. Times will vary obviously but opening up the foil for a few mins to crisp up the skin finishes it off nicely." I think this will work for me thanx
