Question we got a fresh 3 bird roast that weighs 3.5kg what's a good guide as to how long to cook it for and what temperature?

What does it say on the instructions?

Itw ususaly far better and more acxurate than peoples suggestions as they know the water content etc

160 for 3hrs then 45-60 mins at 190 bring it out and wrap in foil the residual heat should finish it off then and not dry it out

I think it's about 7lb so 20 mins per lb plus 20 mins at 180 to 190 so 2 hrs 40 mins covered in tinfoil and remove tinfoil last 20 mins or so to colour .
