My Mother used to do a variation on this. Take an orange, and inject either Brandy, Vodka, or your tipple of choice, and leave in the fridge for a couple of hours.

These were loved by diners! (us kids couldn't have them though!).

Strange thing was, she was a teetotaller and never touched a drop!

I put them in the fridge to keep them cool....

Tell you what i love and i havent had it in ages. Crushed mixed nuts covered with greek yogurt, few more nuts on top drizzled with honey. I kid myself its healthy

But generally i dont have a sweet tooth so IF i was having a pudding it would probely be lemon something
