didn't know luton had a carnival, i've been to leeds london and bristol carnivals but never luton

Luton is the biggest one day carnival in Europe. It's loud, noisy and great fun if the weather holds. Been there many a time considering it's my home town. Won't be there tomorrow though. Have fun.
