I don't have any siblings but have sometimes wondered how I would react to seeing a family member such as a cousin in a club.

Probably say something like "Well this is a little embarrassing...how long have you been coming here?" and see where it went. If they were terribly embarrassed by it, I'd agree never to mention it even in private.

Some people are OK talking about their sex lives, and some are not.

Obviously no way I'd play in the same room as them. And if necessary we could coordinate club meetings so we were not there on the same occasions, if they felt that was necessary.

To be fair we have wildly different taste in women... I'd just prefer not to see him naked and vice versa.
