of the same profiles over and over again coming up when you search for new people to meet? It seems that there are not many newbies around our area

How do you feel about people traveling to meet you? So many guys offer to travel for more than an hour for just a drink... until now we have chosen not to meet them.

How far do you travel for your meets? If we decide to travel it has to be really special as we dont often get away because of family/work.

how do you decide if you travel, or let someone travel to you (longer distances)?

I won't meet anybody who has to travel for longer than the sex is likely to last. Had a few from Yorkshire who made out they were happy to make the round trip in their 2nd message, not that I believe them. Had one in the Midlands, too. That's a good ten hour round trip. That's makes him an idiot and I won't meet idiots.

If it were us then we would try visiting a few different clubs. However, so far we have been spoilt for choice on here.

Just consider if you are being perhaps a little too exacting. Remember it is only for fun times, you are not gonna marry em!

We don't usually travel due to not having own transport but not experiencing same profiles all the time as new people do seem to be appearing around us. We tend not to go looking around and see what interest we get, we also visit clubs now and again when we are able to which allows us to meet people we wouldnt normally have seen. We tend to have not one off visits also so that helps too

I last for 10 hours or so at the club we go to.....but sorry I only fuck my wife.... but she could fuck all weekend..

i personally don't see anything wrong with it...but i'm male lol i travelled for an hour and 20 mins on 3 occasions to meet a girl i was friendly with...and that was just to get there. after a few times though, the travelling can get tedius, but for a one off it aint too bad. although you'd have to develop some kinda trust in the person as they could be a real weirdo :s

i have a couple of friends i travel to. One couple is from here and one i met in the real world. One is 180 mile round trip the other is 120 mile round trip. I consider both couples well worth the travelling. Obviously i don't see them every week but i don't see anyone every week.

it would be ok if you know the people well. then you know what to expect. but meeting new people we wouldnt like them to travel far just to meet for a social or us travel to them. Its gotta be worth it lol.

And yes, maybe we are too choosy (not meeting a lot of people from near us, too)

i travel all over the country to meet people.

i only started doing this as i found that more genuine people lived further away than the ones locally.

and if someone is on my friends list i was go out of my way to meet them even if its 4-5 hours away.

good people deserve good times.

actually never search... note to self... must perve more. Only meet locals inspite of guys willing to travel from all over including scotland... bloody nutters. Easy Jet have a lot to answer for...

I will travel for the right person and you only have an idea if they are right after chatting for a bit. Everyone does what they think is best.

I once traveled 250 miles fa a meet on the understanding that it may only be for a drink lol

We had been talking for a long time and she had said that even if we didnt gel that i could stay overnight on her sofa

So off i went anyway

A few weeks later we got together as a couple and now i do the 250 miles a lot lol xx

We once travelled about 40 miles for a first meet with a couple that was a whole weekend booked in a log cabin, but would not do that now. Also travelled about 150 miles for a weekend at a club.

Nowadays we prefer to meet first at a club, but would chance quite local first meets outside of the club scene. Kind of depends on how they have come across really.

I live in the back of beyond so travel an hour drive regular Sometimes if I'm meeting guys from the south it's a three hour drive to meet halfway. (and of course the return journey)

That's the downside to living in such a rural sparsely populated part of the country The only thing I have on my doorstep are cows and sheep

I too do not use the search at all, so will now go and perv, :D

I will travel but not anything over 45 minutes unless I am heading to Birmingham or somewhere then don't mind doing a little extra around that, or stopping somewhere en route.

I have Sheffield, Nottingham and Derby all within half an hour (right time of day) But so many local....

I think it just seems to be the Lincoln area, nothing much new at all. Mind you, of the few here, there are some very, very nice ones. Including those that started this thread !!!

i dont drive but i do megabus!- fairly cheap to travel all around...so if theres someone ive been chattin to faraway, which i do...I will travel...am not on the site to cam wank...altho i do that lol...but I love meeting folk....and more often than not it would be more than a few hrs meet....spending time with my meets is all part of the fun regardless of how it goes....unless its a disaster from the outset which I tend not to thinks gonna happen after a good rapport from lots of chats cams over the period before u meet

same here dont drive but can travel and as i live five mins from birmingham new street very easy to get a round birmingham the west midlands so always plenty of meets here
