It might be a single ring..

I don't think there's any guarantee that you'll last longer. I've only tried using one recently and it made my helmet extremely sensitive, although made it almost twice as thick (so like an adult male penis lol). I'm not sure that I lasted any longer, but there are so many factors that dictate how long I last, that it's hard to tell really!?!
