Embarrassing indoors clothing

I'm currently sitting curled up wearing a cuddly white fluffy bunny rabbit jumpery thing with hood and bunny rabbit ears, baby pink on the inside.

I am embarrassed for myself and yet, I'm so snuggly comf, and I'm finding my descent into the ridiculous wryly amusing.

What's your most embarrassing outfit or item of clothing that should remain well and truly indoors?

At the moment I'm wearing blue fleece care bear pants and a pink fleece bambi top with koala bear slippers. I'm not proud of it but I like to keep my heating off and they're the warmest pajamas I own

My birthday suit (which I have just been in for 20 mins or so while trying to take a pic for the Xmas thing....and failing...mercifully I'm covered up again now!!)...

....other than that I don't think I possess anything that I wouldn't wear out

Currently wearing Bambi and Thumoer snuggly pyjamas but they will come off when I go to bed as I always sleep in the niff

Not embarrassing though in my opinion. They are comfy, warm and cosy and I wear them with pride!

My indoor clothes tend to just be embarrassing from the point of view of having holes in, pyjama trousers where the legs are too short from going in the tumble drier, there's usually food and makeup stains all over everything and I'll be completely mismatching.

I took my boots off the other day and quickly put my slippers on. I stood chatting to a neighbour for some time then looked down to see orange and pink striped socks with trousers tucked in and grey sheepskin slippers

Oh the comfort of embarrassing indoors clothes!

I don't even know where to start on telling of my mis matches.

The shrunken (sons) trackie bottoms with the red fluffy socks.

The fleeces with broken zips. The 'white' t shirts that have been washed with every other colour clothes.

Grey Granny knickers.

My most embarrassing would be my satin leopard print pyjamas, they look like something Del Boy would wear.

They are much more embarrassing than my Minnie mouse onesie, my Disney Princess pyjamas (I'm nearly 50) or my gorilla onesie. There are other similar pj's. I of course wear these items all the time

Hmm. My hobby requires costumes, lots of them and then never get worn out. No way metal armour or a medieval houppelander ever looks either clever or sexy

I slob around the house in various maxidresses, old T-shirt and leggings, massively voluminous nighties and pyjamas (including a fair few from my much bigger days), various colourful socks and I even have a few ponchos and misshapen cardies and hoodies knocking about. No onesies though.

Oh, and I have sometimes incorporated said items of clothing into fab photos. I have no shame.

Indoor clothes are so comfy -- I tend to be more of the ones you mention but have descended into fluffy cute and onesie territory -- ah well. I shall arise from this descent in 2017!

I love an oversized sloppy sock and a leg warmer too. Not sure we've mentioned those!
