What determines whether you send them packing or to clean up?

If someone turns up smelling bad to a meet it's no go. It's an indication of their general hygiene and a quick shower isn't going to sort that!

I'm not sure how they'd come back from that, because it would suggest a lack of effort on their part and that's not enticing.

If my date doesn't respect me enough to be clean and can't be arsed to wash / freshen up ahead of a meet then why should I show them any care and attention back? Adios baby, close the door on the way out!

They just did one of those longest travels to a meet - hundreds of miles - and you send them packing.

Were a little nervous and sweated.

Their car aircon broke on a hot summer day

She drank a lot of coffee, couldn't find somewhere to pee, read a forum post and peed herself a little.

But they seemed one of the loveliest people youd ever known and hottest nsa meet

Well that's added a little context and rationale. In that case send 'em to a shower first as there's a legitimate reason.

If they live around the corner and it's a 5 minute commute to where you meet it's a different answer!

In those kind of circumstances, they'd probably ask if they could freshen up first, plus the distance would be known in advance.
