"3\4 hours starting bench then dead lift ,squats up to 165\70 kilo single lifts at top end n 140 on wards reps a five from 60 up then on to the 8 by 8 complete bod work out good 15 min stretch n warm up .chuck in some pull UPS 40/60 sets a ten 2 min rest then finish with some decline bar n butterfly press work do this / variations of 3 times a week leave the cardio to the bed room no point wasting cals n energy lol eat big train hard fuck lots fff as I like to call it lol fucking n fighting fit Damn, where do you get the time!
