Teasing proportional to good in bed?

I'm not hugely experienced, especially when it comes to guy that are good. I've been with guys butthey've never been able to turn me on or stimulate me to the point where it wasn't just a way to pass time. However, the other night I had an interesting experience. A friend of mine stayed the night in my bed and although we didn't have sex, we kissed and he just played around with his fingers, never going underneath my panties, just teasing around it. This turned me on so much and felt better than anything I've done with a guy or to myself. The question I have however is, is it worth pursuing? Does being good at teasing with his fingers correlate to him being a beast in bed as well? Or could it just be that that is his move? That's what he's good at?

We are new friends and he recently got turned down by the girl he liked so we hadn't entered this territory before and he is very much a gentleman. I don't think he wanted to push me even though I didn't feel pressured at all, he knew I would regret it the next day. I was very d*unk that night.

I find girls love teasing foreplay before sex probably more exiting than the full sex. so maybe you may be disappointed.but then other women love the full sex better and don't like being touched on the clit.maybe women on here would be better answering your question
