Hot steany shower may help you, or use a bowl with hot water with lemon, put a towel over your head and inhale and exhale until you are fed up.

I thought I was coming down with a cold yesterday...

I had a very blocked nose and was very sneezy..

before going to bed I had a hot toddy made with brandy..

this morning it was gone
