Sign yourself up to a free 30 day trial of Amazon Prime, get ordering, and have it delivered the next day

You can skip my present too, so that's one less to buy

I opted out of doing xmas presents about five years ago, I dislike what Christmas has become.

I don't feel smug, just relieved that I don't have the pressure and stress

I was short of money this time last year so couldn't buy what I really wanted to for those I usually buy for.I don't go to extremes money wise anyway but,no funds at the time.

I made up mini hampers of nice goodies from poundland and made them look nice with ribbon and paper etc.

They really went down a treat and have been asked for them again as they liked the surprise stuff as they delved into the box.

Central

I left it until the last minute as Ive been busy and the exchange rate in the US still just about makes it cheaper here than the UK.

Its the thought that counts - I wanted to be a cheapskate

Make a Christmas card if nothing else - its better than being in the shops.

We are the same - I hate the commercialism of it all - if I want to buy someone a pressie I do - doesn't need to be 25 Dec for that

I never run around panicked. I buy stuff that I know will be liked last minute and a fraction of the price normally.. Ive finished making all but one of my hand made gifts but even when I am more organised I tend to shop a day or two before Christmas for the people I will see over Christmas and the week after for those I will see before new year x

I'm in exactly the same boat. I do the same thing every year, and every year say never again!

It's not just Christmas. I do it with everything!?! If I can put it off, I will.

Depends which of us you're asking.

I'm pretty much sorted and just need to wrap.

Not written any cards yet though.

Cal just bought work gifts tonight... It's the last day everyone is in work for him tomorrow. Don't think he's started buying apart from that.
