Moderators pfffft

Can't believe how quick a moderator shut down a thread, so I messaged her about it, and didn't even reply! Sometimes, not always, sites give power to the wrong people, as in people that go on an ego trip. It was a F,K or P thread, and was closed due to "already some on the go". Obviously a few people like some fun! Anyone else had similar problems? (Please do not name them, and please note, some do an amazing job!)

Agree that there are sometimes some over sensitive work done, it's a thankless task though I bet.

I've made a couple of reports this week, no acknowledgement or reply & I can see nothing had been done about issue reported.

They do a difficult and often thankless job well in my opinion They explained on the thread why they closed it so it seems petulant to email them and then start a thread effectively accusing them of being power crazy

Well for one I hope they keep closing duplicate fuck, kiss, avoid (or whatever) threads because it would be pretty fucking boring if they stopped. Just participate in the one already running if you find them so much fun.

OMG I wrote to admin at 7am and they didn't jump.

Mods/admin are not paid AFAIK and have a truly thankless task. Be grateful they get it right most of the time.
