Funny story about hot lists: I started a profile on Plenty of Fish a few years ago and decided to be very methodical and careful about messages I sent out. I started by hot listing all, the ladies with 20 miles I liked and then studied their profiles and sent a couple of messages out each week.

A couple of weeks later I get a message from one of my hot listed women accusing me of being a creep and a stalker... I was baffled, I'd never even messaged her.

Turns out they get a notification when you hot list them and she was pissed off I'd not messaged her straight away. Proper ranty, out her mind pissed off too

I transferred her to my block list so she could chew on the furniture on her own
