Social interaction is just that - its social. What part is the more silent partner making in this specific dialogue? All people are part of that system. If the quiet one just has the option of a put down, it sounds like playing the role of victim who wants to brcome aggressive. Consider your own part in creating this and increasing your flexibility and options.

As ever, any meet can be stopped at any point but its better done in a respectful way.

I talk more when I'm nervous around people I fancy. I warn them of this in advance and that they can shut me up by kissing me. Or I can bring a ball gag.

Me too. It's my defence mechanism lol thing is no believes me when I say I'm actually a shy person lol
