Go to the Doctorsame and see if they can help in any way.

Dorian snores so loudly because he can't actually breathe out his nose properly. It's bloody irritating but I just kick him when he snores really loudly

Unfortunately none of the 'cures' are very sexy. Most involve sticking tubes up your nose or binding your jaw shut. I can only sympathise. I snore and suffer for it as well.

Sinuses? I have a deflected septum...the bit that divides your nose in half inside. Cant breathe through one side.

Thats the 1. I had an accident yours ago broke my skull and nose in 3 places. Mines now plastic. Coke heads eat your heart out

'Snoring' mouthpiece ??

Two gumshield type thingy's, that are connected together, and make sure you're bottom jaw doesn't 'fall' backwards.

Ask for a sleep assessment, they'll be able to work out what's causing it.

Don't drink alcohol, don't smoke cigarettes, don't over eat , do lots of exercise , read the bible daily and go to church on Sunday and stop having recreational sex ......

Did not work for me. I have heard that a dentists supply a Heath Robinson type gadget that fits like a helmet. Very sexy.

Theres a foam type stuff that helps me, it doesn't cure it but it does tame it a bit. Its called Nytol throat spray.

Its not pleasant to use, but it does help.
