I can honestly say that this has happened to me a total of zero times in my 36 years on this planet.

I believe that if it happens after a Rugby match though, the procedure is to a)flick him back b) question his sexuality c) use the whole situation as a thinly-veiled exuse to lure him into drinking some sort of "dirty pint" later.
