It will be a busy year for the enforcement of new crimes in 2017.

Repeated lack of using car indicators - punishment of 5000 hours as slave labour to good drivers.

Please add further new emergency law requirements.

I would have thought not putting your phone down to have a conversation would have been more of a crime, surely?
