I find Patisserie Valerie to be great for these. More expensive than Greggs but so much better quality.

Lots of people at kink events can Florentine, as well as other techniques. My Dom certainly can. Dommes too, I know of several off the top of my head.

But if you want it done to you safely and enjoyably, a kink event rather than a swinger event is the place to go.

I can do the basic 6 point Florentine style flogging.

I have been in the kink scene for 2 years and attended 3 workshops on the skill of flogging. It isn't as simple as just laying into someone with a flogger.

The best thing to do is to go to a munch and get connected with some people in the fetish scene in your local area. They may be able to help you.
