No but I often see just one shoe by the side of the road. I wonder how they got there. Is a one legged person disposing of the odd shoe through the car window?

I once found a single (gold lame) high heel about half a mile from the nearest carpark, on a hillside.

I found it quite sinister and was half-expecting to find a body, but thankfully, I didn't.
