Brighton - even Hove!

I wonder if it's healthier to eat small amounts every couple of hours or so....

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum

If I don't eat pretty much constantly I get grumpy.

Little and often is the correct way to eat apparently, 5 or 6 small meals through out the day will keep your energy levels constant

I am a typical example of hangry.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I'm doing the 10 hour eating thing but I do snack.

The days I only have lunch and dinner I haven't had more energy but I've probably been tired because I was too busy to fit in a snack.

I think I just feel like I'm eating for the sake of it sometimes. Momentary boredom is the key to it I reckon

I eat twice a day, being anaemic, underweight and having a physical job my body doesn't cope too well. I wish I had time for breakfast but getting out of bed has been proving too difficult lately.

"I want to see how this effects my health and energy levels who's with me"

I eat once a day, occasionally twice, and have done for 9 years (LCHF).

I'm eight stones lighter, hold an HbA1c of 4.6 my blood lipid profile is better than the national recommendations, my addiction with food is gone, my mood and minor ailments have gone or reduced and I'm fitter and healthier now than I was in my 30's.

Have a gander at intermittent fasting.

Is that because you're too tired because of your anaemia? If you address, through eating well, you'll have the energy to get up. Get tested and find out what's causing it.

I've lost 2 stone since March. My diet was a regular FUCK BUDDY. Cut out all nasty unhealthy crap. Less wine. More exercise and now a size 12 and very pleased but be careful I cut down too much and no longer have an appetite but now building back up slowly. Little and often is good

I'm too tired because of my job and having a 2 yr old keeping me up most nights. I can manage my anaemia with my diet, not by eating more but by eating the right things. Although I only have 2 meals they are fairly big meals and most of the time they keep me going without my anaemia affecting me too much.

I agree I do the 5/2 diet eaten only 550 cal today nothing from dinner last night to dinner tonight. Have more energy even on fast days and can still work out at the gym 800 cals burned in 60 min on cross trainer before eating. Lost 1 1/2 stone since Aug. It's also good for getting cells to repair so thought to reduce cancer and other illnesses like diabetes

I follow the sensible natural diet.

If I feel hungry I'll eat something.

I've got Crohn's disease so avoid high fibre foods and cut out alcohol other than ale.

I manage to maintain normality 99% of the time
