.

To me it's a social. If someone wanted to fuck, they would need to make it quite clear or I wouldn't pick up on it. If it's my fb, well a meet always involves something else.

Meet... To meet someone or couple.

To see them in person.

What happens after we meet is a different story

Actually meeting someone the terms being discussed beforehand and not using lame ass excuses to pull out last minute seriously wasting time and effort. (by no means a rant)

It means meet. Go with the flow instead of expectation.

If I said I was going on a fab meet I'd mean I was meeting them for sex. Otherwise I'd say I was going for a coffee, a drink, whatever I'd planned.

To me, a meet on here would be about sex, but that would be clear beforehand. If it was a social, I'd call it a social, a drink, a coffee, a meal etc etc.

"Your spelling is terrible!"

He's been around the forums for a few months now and we all know his spelling isn't great and the reason for it.

You pointing that out doesn't help anyone on the forum, all it does is make you look a bit mean

Brighton - even Hove!

"Your spelling is terrible!"

On the plus side, we can see him!

To me a 'meet' means meeting up - for what is what we'd agree to beforehand. I'd never used the word 'meet' as a noun before I came here though. Interesting use of language.

It means sex, to me. If someone wants to meet up for something else they usually stipulate.

I'd use the word 'meet' to mean a play meet. Otherwise I'd probably say a 'social' or 'social meet'.

in the suffolk countryside

to 'meet' is to meet in person. for me if i hadnt met the person before as in 'meeting' rather than 'seeing' it would automatically mean a social.

i wouldn't say, "can i 'meet' you again?"..i would say "can i 'see' you again?"if id met that person once or many times..

Some where in West Sussex

I think it means different things to different people. For me a meet is just that meeting in person. I would expect at the very least a coffee anything else is a bonus and NOT expected that way we won't be disappointed. How ever this needs to be set out from the start.

Before I washed up here, I had no idea that 'socials' even existed.

The very idea that one would arrange to meet someone and NOT have sex?!

Crazy!
