What causes this?

Why do l go 6 months without a single spot and then bam, fabiciding breakout that behaves like a squatter on my face. Takes so long to disappear..

ls it hormones?

So many reasons. Hormone break outs tend to only be in specific areas on your face. Stress can be another.

Make sure you don't touch them, over scrub or pick them though.

Ever thought of going to a skin specialist!? They can give advice...
