To be honest unless I have all the fat sucked out, I doubt I'll be bikini ready but I'll at least be able to wear skimpy knickers without the worry of them disappearing up my arse!

I got a chilli and wadges meal which I'm gonna eat in a bit

then in the new yeah it's weight loss time

was bulking-up/trying to get bigger, it worked just got a gut to go with it

it's Saintsbury's own brand fair trade 200g raisins almonds and hazelnuts yummy and really nice.

Plus it's all mine
