I had man cold for last 5 days - it was so bad I decided not to go to the gym on Thursday and I was cold and hot at same time

I would say plenty of liquid - chicken soup with sweet corn and chicken in with chili oil

TBH one year I though I had a cold, then man flu then was off for two weeks and collapsed and fitted twice

It does exist lol

I'm terrible as I always shake off the cold & flu symptoms real quick, usually two days tops, but they then get on my chest & that hangs around for weeks..

You have my sympathy OP as I've been coughing for five days straight now..

Thanks all. Currently in the bath with plenty of vic on.

Hoping I am better by Saturday but no doubt there will be no interest in my meet.

I have had a cough for 2 days now. Drives me insane in bed

They do say there is a lot of man flu about so chicken soup is good for you,& plenty of spicy food with ginger & garlic.
