This year for a first we are not having a black tie event

This means I am struggling with what to wear

I have an idea of a grey blazer with black long round neck shirt with a collared white shirt underneath

With black jeans / shoes

I don't want to wear a jumper as I get to hot but i want to look smooth

Damn damn - do the other forum guys have the same issue

We're not having an event at all. I have no Christmas do to dress up for this year at all.
