"I have one every morning as soon as I wake up. A banana, a handful of frozen blueberries, ginger and a scoop of unflavoured protien with skimmed milk. Check out the frozen fruit at the supermarket. It's much, much cheaper and suprisingly is often alot better quality than the fresh stuff." I have one with a handful of kale, a banana, half an avocado and a glass of orange juice. | |||

" I really love the finger hot first thing in the morning. Wakes me up nicely. It's a pain though as have to chop it up first or it gets all stringy and wraps around the blade of the blender. | |||
