Wanting to cook a nice meal for myself and a few friends.

Would anyone kindly care to offer their suggestions for a scrumptious food.

Starters, main dishes, sides, and dessert ideas welcome. I wanna go all out.

Thanks people.

-Fresh mango chilli salsa and buffalo mozzarella on warm ciabatta to start.

-Teriyaki salmon ramen for the main. With squid fried in garlic butter with cayenne and salt dusting for the side dish.

-And to finish, I love a crème brûlée. But you have to get that sugar topping blowtorched properly

I'm led to believe you can make a decent beef sandwich for a fiver.
