I have no trouble going to sleep it's staying asleep I struggle with....I normally get up so as not to disturb the other half but it's too bloody cold lol x

I'm the same I go to sleep fine but alwayd wake up after about 2 hrs then I'm on and off all night then I start to fall into a deep sleep just as the fecking alarm goes off!

It aint too bad for us, angel works nites as well, she finishes at midnite during the week, but we finish at the same time on weekends.

I suffer with fibromyalgia and the dr sometimes gives me something. It's just another symptom but the tablets he gives me make me feel really groggy and so drowsy the next day! So I only take them if I have nothing to do the next day. X

Its controlled breathing for a specific duration on inhalation and exhalation that's supposed to get you falling asleep in no time. Google it to find out more x
