What are your thoughts on local fun? Do you look for more local people to have fun with? Or do you think this lifestyle can be too close to home?

I've been turned down a couple of times for being too local. At least that's what they told me, it could just be that I'm a hideous chud

Trying to meet someone local is a work of art. Ive practically given up. Must be the too close to home aspect that bothers people.

I can see the potential problem with fun been too local. Also, the travel to a meet can be very exciting. For me anyway.

Greenwich London

We only meet socially as we don't swap, but we would rather do that far from home but not miles away thou

There and to the left a bit

Guess it depends on your definition of local, for me, same town would probably be a no as I really don't fancy bumping into someone in Tesco - but a little further away then I don't see a problem.

Depends. If I lived in a little village or something then I think too local would be more of an issue. Living in a city, it's fine, although I'd probably draw the line at a neighbour
