I'm having whatever our staff canteen is serving.

I definitely wouldn't recommend that. It'd be cold when it reached Exeter. Actually, it'd be cold when it left here.

Crisp sandwiches are always a winner!

Managed to get a Bol pot in the reduced section in Sainsbury's. Plenty of protein
