I don't like turkey and my son doesn't like all the trimmings so we usually have something with chips

I love cooking but it's particularly enjoyable at Christmas. When I was with my ex hubby we would normally visit his mum or my mum, I would cook. One year my family came to our house instead and I went all out.

Now it's just shaggy and I as we live quite a distance from our families. We've had two Christmas's together, this will be our third. I do most of the cooking as I do tend to monopolise the kitchen but I let him help a little bit

With the exception of last year I always cook a traditional Christmas Dinner for the family. Will be starting on the mince pies this week.

I'm making Christmas dinner but there's not going to be many of us so no need for a whole bird. Not much stuffing involved with a turkey crown that just goes in the oven in its foil tray.

I love cooking but the 3 days and merging Spanish and English traditional meals. Anyway, hubby is good with the traditional English dinner
