Can't go camping without wet wipes. Normally get the Morrisons' value ones at 18p a packet, however, they are sold out for 2 weeks now in my local store, thanks to someone posted on a camping forum how good they are!

Tesco's value ones are a good substitute, even cheaper at 9p a packet.

They are not y thin ones that tear easily, very handy indeed when there is no sink or running water nearby!

I have 1800 packets stocked up for Z-Day in a secret location.

If I'm going to be hauled up for months in a barricaded warehouse then at least I can smell nice.

Just to add to this if after Z Day you actually want to leave your hideout with a cricket bat and take down few zombies for sport. A packet of wet wipes is the ideal accompaniment for cleaning the inevitable bits of brain and blood that you will get on you.

Let's be safe out there but also clean!

I always feel a vague pang of indecency when I wipe my lads face with a wet wipe now...

It's even a different packet, but it feels kinda wrong.

All the Wet Wipe packs I've seen say 'Do Not Flush'.

Is that because they're not biodegradable? Does that mean if we leave a DNA sample in a wet wipe it lasts forever?

Sorry but Radio 4 have just explained, none of the so-called flushable wet-wipes or moist toilet tissue is actually suitable for flushing. They cause millions of pounds-worth of work at sewage plants and cause loads of blockages
