cant sleep

Been desperate for my bed all day and it's been a shitty long days working week.

Had about an hour sleep, now awake...

"Ive just got into bed after battling planes and trains for the last 7 hours. Still wide awake."

Try 9hours of traveling, left home at 10am, with a delay, an missed trains! plus an hour before on a bus.... an arried at mates 21.30 then stayed awake till 2am!

I Carnt sleep to but I've had 4 pints of cola lol

Try 5pints of , still drinking , an wide awake at 00.30

fell asleep, on sofa, (watching tv) then woken at 2am, thankfully, fell straight back to sleep in my bed but woken at 8am not a happy bunny on 5hours sleep
