Made special fried rice.. served with chicken cooked in lemon and served on stir fried veg... and spring rolls made with lasagne sheets..

Im following slimming world so all cooked without fat x

I had to eat healthy today. A weekend diet of wine, coffee, curly wurlys and chocolate hobnobs has taken its toll
