Should i send the email?

Its too say that my new job isn't working out as I had expected. I have loads of personal stuff to go along with it too. I feel like my head is going to explode. I know I will let down family and colleagues but its really stressing me out!

If it's not any good for you then yes you should send it, or do it in person. It's not good to be somewhere that you aren't happy.

If he company is decent then they should listen to your concerns and see if they can help... If not then you have to put yourself and your well being first

In a similar position myself..new job.. not what I thought it was going to be and just having sleepless nights.. but I have decided to stick to it. I have given myself a timescale and also, next place would want to knw why I left quickly.

Only you can make decision.. choose wisely.. above all.. health is most important. Good luck fella

If you've spoken to your line manager and she has been understanding then it really is up to you.

Can you afford to give up the job? Could you look for something else before leaving? Are there any changes you can make?

Are you saying that you will be resigning or escalating your concerns?

Can you get by without a job? If not think carefully the stress of having no job can be as great as the stress of having a job you hate.

If sending an email would help you tonight, then consider sending one asking for some private time with your manager.

You'll probably have someone wholl help release a lot of your pressure if you can share it face to face.

It's a hugely stressful time for anyone in a new job, however it goes.

See what support and options there are from speaking directly. Even if you then resign, It's likely better for you, if you've consulted first.
