Adverse reactions to Viagra

I tried Viagra a few years ago and had a bit of a weird reaction. It was genuine Pfizer stuff not some cheapo knock off.

I got a massive headache and all the white lights went a shade of blue.

Has anyone else had a similar reaction?

I've not tried it or any other similar medication since due to this.

Every guy I've known to take it has said they experienced the same symptoms as you.

They sound like the same reactions you get from something else, that gay men used to have the stigma for taking. Not sure if we are allowed to mention the name on here, so not risking it.

Thanks. I'm not taking it again. What is it doing to the optical nerve if it makes everything blue!

Yes same happened to me. I found cialis more effective and the side effects weren't nearly as bad.

No PM sorry. There are several things for impotence out there now. Cialis is the name of one. I don't know what's different about it but I'm not risking any of them however.

I've taken it a few years ago, sounds like you took too much to me. I only got side effects when I took a higher dose but a lower dose still works. Unless you do actually have trouble getting it up then you really don't need to take a lot to feel the effect of it.

My ex worked for the NHS and it was going in the bin so she took one to try.

It wasn't prescribed. Not wise I know but I figured I'd try it once.

Many thanks.

It sounds like loads of people take it and have had the same reaction which is a little worrying. Doesn't anyone else think it may be damaging their eyes?

Or their brain? They said thalidomide was safe once upon a time.
