All boys school where all the teachers ( all male ) were of a generation that had real life experience outside the scholastic environment before becoming teachers ....

Yes we were regularly whipped and beaten ......

It was fun...

Glastonbury

Interesting.

I've been to *all* ends of the educational spectrum. My parents moved around quite a bit and the only school I did in its entirety was the junior school in Glastonbury.

I've been to:

* an inner city London school

* fee paying grammar school

* comprehensive

I also did a spell in remedial but that's just 'cos I'm misunderstood.

Just a normal secondary school. Although it became an academy at some point when I was in the sixth form. Before that was a Catholic Secondary School and I had to sit a test and give proof of my 'religion' to get in.
