Slow cooker. 6hrs Chillies paprika smoked paprika tomato purée sliced onions Worcestershire sauce dark brown soft sugar. And whatever else you fancy. All good. When you take the meat out. Put juices in the pan and boil the shit out of it (reduce if you want to be posh) untill it becomes sticky for your BBQ sauce. | |||
