Tomato soup for lunch and my lamb casserole all prepped ready to go in the oven for later.. yummy!

Beans on toast is another fave.. Heinz beans of course

Tuna mayo on some really seeded bread toasted is absolutely delicious.

I haven't had eggy bread in years and I am now going to join the lunchtime revolution to have it right now!
