I lose TV signal when it rains and the person I'm having an IM discussion has just asked me that.

Hold the power button to do a hard reset. That's sorts out a lot of shit. Maybe a booster?

TV aerial or via phoneline?

We have that with our internet.

It's caused by the tree through which the telephone cable passes causing interference.

It got to the stage where we couldn't win the forum quiz-nights whenever it was raining

Eventually I got my saw out & we were unstoppable
