Hi all, its my Birthday today(!!!) and leading up to it I have been 'told off' for not having a prezzie list. As I have told people, I get things as and when I need them rather than wait till the day.

So my question is, whats the best thing you have given or recieved as prezzies because people 'just knew' you would like it?

Mine was an engraved decanter from my daughter as I had said I would love one of those, while I was watching someone use one in a film. It was a throw away comment but a lovely suprise.

Ohh and virtual hugs, kisses and presents for today gratefully recieved! X

Happy birthday op.

People know what i like.

The only time i had any kind of gift list was for my 50th.

But my mum bought me a pandora bracklet and friends bought me charms so i have a pandora bracklet full of love.

But i think my biggest surprise again for my 50th after my mum gave me her gifts there was an envelope propped up she had had left. When i opened it, it was a voucher for a balloon trip experience. But the shock was id always wanted to do it but couldnt remember mentioning it.

Apparently she said id mentioned it a year earlier.

I put a lot of thought into the gifts i get people. I love seeing their faces

I'm terrible to buy for apparently cos I never ask for anything and if I want something I just usually buy it or save up for it.

One of the nicest presents and totally unexpected was from Miss. An engraved zippo for Valentines Day. My not be much to some but means a great deal to me. Jack.
