I've seen this stated a few times on these threads the past couple of days (usually as a means of getting a sly dig in at someone whose actions they disapprove of), but is it only "cheaters" who should be concerned with their privacy? I would have thought there are people who would prefer their family, or their employers would rather not know they used such sites? Otherwise everyone would use their real names and have public face photos.

Why can't we delete the verification pictures??? Surely once verified profile needs is a tick.

This current method does not help security!

Not sure. But that's why I did body, not face, for the verification photo.

I didn't know that was allowed. bUt they really should allow people to delete verification pics with faces.

You can ask Admin to delete it but you lose your PV Flag.

I needed a full body nude photograph upto my neck holding a piece of paper with my profile name on it. I think the nude photograph is required to confirm gender

I don't think my employers have seen me naked and will recognise me from that photograph

Yes, it can be done by a full length nude body photo.

A PV is just to prove gender not what you look like, so that the fem profile is actually run by a fem, same for couples. So a face or full body nude, it says this on the pv page.

The very slight risk of the site being hacked is why I'll never be photo verified.I do realise that is paranoia but the thought of a picture if me holding the name of the site being in existence and me having no control of it (regardless of the site hypothetically being hacked) has never sat comfortable with me

Personally we use a separate email, separate payg mobile phone for our meets on here.

Not being paranoid but it keeps it all seperate from our normal lives....also means we can just turn the phone off and have a break

A few years back pics from Fab did appear on another site. Nobody was sure whether the pics were public pics or someone had hacked access to private pics. Seems the site with stolen photos was for charged access to 'real life swinger photos' but could easily have been for blackmail.

We saw the site and there were face pics as well as body pics. Suspect it was a hack. There was a thread on forum and people were trying to get the host of other site to remove the photos. The thread on the forum was deleted mysteriously and the site disappeared.

That's why we never ever put face pics on the site (or any site). It can be hacked and opportunists have a chance to find ways of extorting money from you to protect your identity if they can find you elsewhere on the Internet .
