After reading on Facebook that the moon is really close to our planet tonight, I had to go for a walk to see this (15 mins ago!)..

It was a mild night, I walked for a while, I looked east, west, north, south and yes upwards! But no moon in sight!

The moon has gone!

Everytime something happens in the sky at night, be it the current super moon or any meteor showers or hell, even the northern lights, it always either happens when it's either a) raining

B) cloudy

C) foggy (as it happens to be tonight)

D) a load of bull***t on the rare occasion it's a clear night..
