Was an inventory done when they moved out and photos taken? If the answers are yes, then they only option is a small claims court. If you go to your local court the clerk should be able to inform you of the process you need to go through and how much it should cost. | |||

And there is fuck all they can do about it. They want to do it the legal way, they don't really give a shit about the money, they just want them out...it's damn near impossible until it gets to the stage where a county court sheriff orders them out with Bailiffs. They successful evicted another one, due to non-payment, the person in question trashed the house and my parents were powerless. They want to do it the legal way, my dad is an ex professional boxer who everyone on here WOULD know and if he had his way they'd be out physically." Get the High Court bailiffs on to them - out in two hours. | |||

Each case is different, just need to assess prospects of recovery and go from there. | |||
