TRX Straps and best circuit

Just brought some TRX straps to work out at home with.

I'm sure there are plenty of gym bunnies and muscle men here who can advise a good circuit to do with them.

Can't afford a monthly gym membership so this is my next best option for weight training, all body weight obvs, but could do with some pointers.

Take a look on YouTube there's hundreds of good videos showing different TRX bands worksouts and also look at resistance bands.

When I'm back into the gym and working away I take both those away with and it's endless possibilities the routines you can do in a room

I really like using the TRX in the gym. You'll probably be doing far more intense work than I do , but I think it's a great invention for low impact on the joints.

Cheers both, have looked on YouTube and have some idea, but it's always good to get people's opinions and chat

The million dollar question is: what would you like to get from the circuit?

Toning up.

Make sure your diet is right first. Eat clean and don't under eat or over eat both can have adverse effect. Look online how to work out what your intake needs to be.

Cut out alcohol and sweets

Aim approx 40%carbs 30% protein 30% fats (macros)

Body weight exercises, look up Hiit routine and tabata. 3-4 good work outs a week and even after a few weeks you'll see benefits.

It's all on line plenty of advice

Good luck

Seconded on the diet front. About 70% of the battle to 'tone up', 'lose fat', or 'gain lean muscle mass' is won in the kitchen.

With regards to exercises, this video provides some pretty solid advice in spite of the enormous amount of waffle!
