Can anyone recommend a good one?

I have the Phillips series 9000 but it's not very good.

I've seen the adverts for Phillips one blade butgen again they're just adverts.

One blade is good as a trimmer, normal blades give closer shave though but trimming wise I quite liked it

I'm just interested in trimming I don't want to shave and in the advert it does look like it trims quite a bit more than the one I have now. Plus its small and can reach easier in certain places.

I had a Phillips and to be honest it wasnt that great the guards werent sturdy enough and caused uneven trimming, bought a good Wahl barbering set recently and its much easier to blend and I have the smaller one in the set to do the detail

Wahl is the brand you want.

I shave with hair clippers too - every beard trimmer I've owned has been absolute shite.

Remington beard kit came with beard brush, scissors, comb and attachments for cutting at various lengths. Does the job for me

Sounds a bit strange, but i used to use my wifes bikini trimmer, and tbh i think it was a really good piece of kit, and would recommend one to anyone that needs a trim

I've got a Babyliss 6 in 1 trimmer and it does the job pretty well.

Bought the 8 in 1 as a replacement but it doesn't have the same spread of lengths so didn't trim as short as I wanted it so I've stuck with the 6 in 1
