most are fakes i think but i do wonder what % is just overwhelmed females, thinking they'd be curious, only to upload one picture, come on a few hours later and freak out seeing 600 messages!

I will be honest. I regularily hide my profile due to the sheer number of messages single women get. It's not maneageable! Plus you get fed up of the abuse too lol
