Ok so if you were to participate in the show and had to cook a 3 course meal what would it be or if you had a hot date over what would you choose to make to impress her/him.

I've never ever had a man cook for me

Hot date: Sex, Cheese, Wine, Sex, melt in the middle chocolate pudding, wine, sex.

Dinner party: Cocktails, camembert, crudités, bruschetta and chutney followed by fillet steak, dauphinoise potatoes and seasonal veg. To finish, salted caramel cheesecake and coffee.

I would do a Beef casserole in the sloooooooow cooker.......

Easy, foolproof, no mess to clean up afterwards,

Just 2 plates and 2 forks to wash up.

Keep it simple - and do it well!

Mmm crab linguine sounds delightful, I absolutely adore Italian food but I can't cook it so I'd stick with something I know I can cook but if I go out (which I never do) I always choose Italian and fish or seafood x

A nice hot and spicy TomYam Soup with shrimp and crab for Starters

For main Thai red curry and Pad Thai

For dessert never tried making any Thai dessert

Yeah, get a Madeira cake, slice in half then circles (makes about 6) jam, ice cream, put in the freezer while you make the meringue, dollop on top then bake for a few mins, mine is probably cheating somewhat but so yummy x

To start...soy, mirin and chilli marinated tuna steak seared and served on a fresh citrus and pomegranate salad

As it's wintry outside mains can be either spicy steak in Guinness stew in a pepper and thyme yours hire pudding

OR

5 spice, lemon and orange duck breast with onion, garlic and rosemary roast potatoes with roasted seasonal vegetables.

Desert is a lime and mascarpone torte. Or possibly a sticky date crumble slice with ice cream

Yep Cranachan is a traditional Scottish desert made with raspberries, cream, oats and whisky. It goes down a treat!

Yep Cranachan is a traditional Scottish desert made with raspberries, cream, oats and whisky. It goes down a treat! "

Love raspberries bit unsure on the oats and whisky but I'd try it

Coconut cake with shredded coconut

Had it when I went to Singapore at a Thai restaurant

It's made with fresh coconut milk.

As it's wintry outside mains can be either spicy steak in Guinness stew in a pepper and thyme yours hire pudding

Dead simple. Make a pan.of mash. Chop up a red and a Spanish onion very fine. Then fry them till just going very Crispy. Add to mash

Chateaubriand in red wine and mushroom sauce with pomme purée and seasonal vegetables

Tarte au citron with fresh cream

All served with wines of your choice, but definitely Amarone for me as it's my favourite

It does doesnt it lol. Its hard fried coated cheese such as Halloumi. Its a Greek dish. Nice with chilli jam.

The chateaubriand would always be cooked medium rare, lemon desserts are my favourite so I was being a bit selfish on both counts. And as for mojitos they are a staple, so much so I have mint growing in the garden and in pots during the winter

It's made with fresh coconut milk.

I visited a friend before funnily enough and she was cooking beef wellington and offered me a port. She always gets a nice bottle in over Xmas x
